This section will give you the commands for working with worksheets.

Worksheet management

Rename worksheet
  1. Alt to move to the ribbon
  2. H to open the Home ribbon
  3. O to open the Format menu
  4. R to rename sheet
  5. Type in meaningful worksheet name
  6. Enter

Converting data into a proper table is essential to ensure that it is accessible for other assistive software users. The following instructions will explain how to work with tables.

  2. Ctrl + T
  3. Tab to go to My table has headers checkbox
  4. Spacebar to toggle checkbox on or off
  5. Tab to go to OK button

Name a table
  1. Move to any cell in the table
